I created this website to share my father Aston’s story and raise awareness about the challenges we’ve faced. Life Trusts - what solicitors don't tell their clients

Life trusts are often promoted by the industry as they offer solicitors a steady income through the ongoing management of the trust after a client's death.

However, the hidden consequences for the 'remaindermen' may not be explained to clients, such as complications with insurance claims among other challenges.

Although Aston Trelford chose not to marry, believing these issues wouldn't affect him, there is no evidence that the complications above were ever explained to him.
